2. Eligibility and Authorized Users
CliniFlow is intended for authorized clinic professionals, clinic staff and other permitted account users. Users should provide accurate account information and maintain account security.
3. Clinic Responsibilities
Clinics and users are responsible for appropriate use of the service, the accuracy of information they enter, maintaining appropriate permissions, safeguarding credentials, obtaining necessary patient permissions or consents, complying with professional and legal obligations, and determining clinical decisions.
4. Clinical Responsibility
CliniFlow is a technology platform that supports clinic workflows. It does not replace the professional judgement of a qualified healthcare professional.
Doctors remain responsible for diagnosis, examination findings, prescriptions, treatment decisions, Medical Certificates, clinical advice and follow-up decisions. CliniFlow is not itself a healthcare provider.
5. AI-Assisted Features
Some CliniFlow functionality may use artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as preparing structured clinical drafts. AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors or be incomplete, requires appropriate professional review, and must not be treated as independent clinical authority.
Doctors remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on or applying it to the clinical workflow. Perfect accuracy is not promised.
6. Ambient Recording
Clinic users are responsible for ensuring that required patient consent or authorization is obtained before recording consultations using applicable features. Software consent controls do not replace legal or professional obligations.
7. Prescriptions and Pharmacy
CliniFlow may support prescription and dispensing workflows. Clinical prescribing decisions remain with appropriately authorized healthcare professionals, and pharmacy workflow functionality does not authorize unauthorized users to alter prescriptions.
CliniFlow is not a pharmacy inventory system, pharmaceutical supplier, medication seller, pharmacy or prescribing entity.
8. Medical Certificates
CliniFlow provides workflows for preparing and managing Medical Certificates. Authorized healthcare professionals remain responsible for the clinical basis, accuracy, appropriateness and lawful issuance of each certificate.
9. Account Security
Users are responsible for protecting login credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized account access. CliniFlow may take reasonable actions to protect service security where misuse is suspected.
10. Acceptable Use
Users must not use CliniFlow for unauthorized access, attempts to defeat security controls, access to another clinic’s information without authorization, malicious code, unlawful use, prohibited credential sharing or misuse of patient information.
11. Availability
Reasonable efforts may be made to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. No 100% uptime or zero-downtime promise is made here.
12. Intellectual Property
The CliniFlow software, branding, website design and related proprietary materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not claim ownership over patient clinical information merely because it is stored in the system.
13. User and Clinic Data
Use of clinic information is governed by applicable agreements and the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
Some functionality may depend on third-party infrastructure or services. Their operation may be subject to their respective terms where applicable.
15. 60-Day Free Trial
CliniFlow may offer eligible new users a 60-day free trial. CliniFlow may define eligibility and applicable trial conditions separately.
These Terms do not state credit-card requirements, automatic billing, automatic paid conversion, cancellation fees, permanent pricing or renewal prices. If the 60-day period is not enforced automatically by the application, no automatic day-60 termination is promised here.
16. Fees
Paid plans, fees or commercial terms, if applicable after a trial, will be communicated separately before they become applicable. No automatic post-trial charge is stated here.
17. Suspension and Termination
Account access may end or be suspended for a user request, material Terms violations, unlawful use, security threats or applicable contractual conditions.
18. Disclaimers
Software assistance does not eliminate the need for professional review or clinical judgement. Any disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Limitation of Liability
Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable agreement. No monetary liability cap is stated here.
